How EstateLoop uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and how you can control them.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and mobile app identifiers. They help websites remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the service is used.
2. How We Use Cookies
Maintain secure login sessions on the website and admin portal (necessary)
Remember language, display, preference, and cookie-consent choices (necessary / functional)
Measure traffic, performance, and feature usage (optional analytics — off until you accept)
Detect abuse, bot activity, and security incidents (necessary)
Improve platform reliability and user experience
3. Types of Cookies
Essential cookies
Required for core functionality such as authentication, security, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
Functional cookies
Remember optional settings such as UI preferences and saved choices.
Analytics cookies (optional)
Help us understand how visitors use the website through Firebase Analytics / Google analytics services. These stay off until you tap "Accept optional" on the cookie bar (or below). We do not pre-tick this. Data is aggregated where possible. In the EstateLoop mobile app, analytics events are also off by default — you opt in under Profile → Privacy & data. Marketing messages are off unless you opt in there.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently rely on third-party advertising cookies as a core part of estateloop.in. If we introduce marketing or retargeting cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required by law.
4. Your Choices
On your first visit we show a bar at the bottom of the page — not a blocking wall. Necessary cookies are always on. Optional analytics stay off unless you choose Accept optional. Necessary only keeps analytics off. We save your choice in this browser as cookie_consent (necessary or all). You can change it anytime here or via Cookie settings in the footer.
Your website cookie choice

Optional analytics are never on by default and are never pre-ticked — the same model as in-app analytics consent
