1. Purpose

This Listing Policy explains what EstateLoop expects from owners, agents, and builders who publish property listings. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Authorization

List only properties you own or are lawfully authorized to advertise
Disclose your role accurately (owner, agent, builder)
Comply with RERA and other advertising rules that apply to you

3. Accuracy & freshness

Provide truthful price, BHK, location, availability, and amenities
Use recent, unedited-enough photos that represent the actual property
Update or remove listings that are rented, sold, or otherwise unavailable

4. Prohibited listings

Fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized listings
Stolen photos or content you do not have rights to use
Listings used to phishing, advance-fee fraud, or other scams
Discriminatory or illegal advertising content

5. Review & enforcement

EstateLoop may review, demote, hide, or remove listings that violate this Policy or create risk for users. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
