EstateLoop uses account checks, listing review, and freshness signals to reduce spam and low-quality inventory. These are risk-reduction measures, not guarantees.

2. What “verified” means

Verification means a listing has passed EstateLoop's verification/review checks. It does not guarantee the property's legal title, transaction, or seller's representations.

3. What you should still do

Visit the property in person before paying any token or deposit
Verify ownership documents and society approvals independently
Prefer traceable payments and written terms
Never share OTPs or make urgent cash transfers to unknown parties
